Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) programmes facilitate the dignified return and sustainable reintegration of Afghans who are unable or unwilling to remain in host or transit countries and wish to return home voluntarily. The Community Response Map (CRM) pilot in Afghanistan utilizes a harmonized monitoring framework to assess the key elements of the AVRR process –pre-departure counselling, travel assistance and reintegration support – through online data collection and tracking.
