IOM comments:
IOM Kabul monitoring team have visited the employer's office and found the returnee present in his job location. The returnee was happy of his employment and he said that he will continue his job with the same employer as he is comfortable in his job and also receiving enough amount as remuneration. The supervisor of the returnee was also happy of the returnee's performance and was satisfied with his managing skills. IOM Kabul monitoring team recommends releasing the 2nd and 3rd tranche of salary subsidy in one installment as it has been more than two months since he received his first tranche of salary subsidy. The reason for the delay of the 2nd tranche was that the supervisor of the returnee was out of country and the returnee didn't get time to apply for his 2nd tranche of salary subsidy on time.
