IOM comments: 
As monitored , the beneficiary's general skills in university engineering chapters and books have improved so far. However, he needs to study harder to upgrade his skills. These need more practice and peer workout. Therefore, the IOM assistance has had a positive effect on the overall beneficiary’s life and he needs to take best advantage of the education opportunities.
